In my experience as a consultant for almost 30 years, I noticed that many small to medium companies often do not provide management development training for their key people. Frankly, the owners and executives of small and medium companies are reluctant to spend the big bucks that most established management training companies want for their services. And sometimes it's just too difficult and intimidating to arrange training from such companies. My objective is to make basic, important management development training both very affordable and exceptionally easy to arrange. I have neither the overhead nor the bureaucracy most other training companies have -- it is just me. I have no salespeople, no gimmicks, no mailing lists and no slick brochures to send. With a couple of quick phone calls or emails, we can work together to customize and schedule a session or sessions to meet you company's exact needs and budget.

The sessions include handout material, usually in folders or binders specially prepared for your company. I do my best to personalize each session to the management group I’m working with. I believe you would be pleasantly surprised at how well I’m prepared and how effective these sessions are.
If you are having a management or company meeting, consider having me conduct a session for you as part of the overall agenda. I'm not a stuffy discussion leader! Your people will learn something important and have fun doing it. Off-site meetings are an excellent way to make use of my services.
I’m affordable. Generally, for groups up to about 18 people, for sessions I’ve done before, I charge $750 per session, and that includes all the handouts and folders or binders. I also charge for travel, and for any extraordinary expense items that may be involved. (Extraordinary expenses are rare and we would cover them thoroughly before you commit.)
