You're not alone. Many people struggle with writing an important or sensitive business document. Words and phrases fail them. And often, the more important the document the harder it is to make it just right.

Wouldn’t it be nice to have a friendly, confidential, competent person help you get it sorted out? I can be that person. I’ve been helping people with their writing for a long time and I enjoy doing it. What’s more, I’m very affordable because it’s a sideline activity for me, not a core business.

I’m easy to reach and easy to work with. It’s almost like I'm in the office or cubical next to you. Just e-mail, fax, or call me and we can get started, often in a matter of minutes. In fact, my goal is to help each person that contacts me within 24 hours. I want to make it as quick and easy as possible for you because I understand that when you need this kind of help, you need it right now! If it takes too long, it's not much help.

In most cases, e-mail is the fastest, easiest way to get going. Send me the document, as an attachment or right in the body of the e-mail message. I’ll work on it and send you either an edited version with my comments as to why I made any changes or a list of suggestions you can use to make your own changes.

Faxing me the document is an option, too. I can make my notations, editing marks, and suggestions right on your document and fax it back to you. Or, if you prefer, I’ll call you so we can talk over the suggested changes.

Certainly, I’d be less threatening because I’m trying to help you, not judge you. You don’t need to prove anything to me or impress me.
